City Park Confederate Memorial Monument (Parkersburg, West Virginia)

The pedestal is a rough stock of Vermont granite with a bronze tablet at its centre, in which is engraved the Confederate seal and an inscription dedicated to the Confederate dead. Atop the pedestal stands the figure of a Confederate soldier made of cast bronze and weighing 1,100lbs.
